As a Global Maps Data Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing large, complex datasets to identify anomalies, unexpected behaviours and region‑specific defects across ETA, traffic, routing, places, lanes and navigation. Your insights will directly influence product improvements and engineering decisions. Key responsibilities include: 1. Analyzing large datasets to spot anomalies and patterns. 2. Generating weekly insights and trend reports for leadership. 3. Categorising high‑impact opportunities into actionable map‑level insights. 4. Investigating issues raised by product and engineering teams. 5. Delivering detailed, actionable analysis within defined SLAs. 6. Performing repetitive data processing and quality checks with high accuracy. 7. Adhering strictly to client and company policies, SOPs and compliance guidelines. 8. Managing daily work patterns to meet productivity and quality targets. 9. Reading and applying complex policy documents and special handling guidelines. 10. Working in rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 weekly offs) from the office.
