The Associate Analyst β Freshers (Non Technical/Non Voice) role is tailored for recent graduates who are passionate about data and keen to dive deep into the world of global maps. As a Global Maps Data Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing large, complex datasets to identify anomalies, unexpected behaviours and regionβspecific defects across ETA, traffic, routing, places, lanes and navigation. Your insights will directly influence product improvements and engineering decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing large datasets to spot anomalies and patterns.
2. Generating weekly insights and trend reports for leadership.
3. Categorising highβimpact opportunities into actionable mapβlevel insights.
4. Investigating issues raised by product and engineering teams.
5. Delivering detailed, actionable analysis within defined SLAs.
6. Performing repetitive data processing and quality checks with high accuracy.
7. Adhering strictly to client and company policies, SOPs and compliance guidelines.
8. Managing daily work patterns to meet productivity and quality targets.
9. Reading and applying complex policy documents and special handling guidelines.
10. Working in rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 weekly offs) from the office.
Tech stack and tools youβll use include Excel, SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), Tableau/Power BI for data visualization, and internal data pipelines. The role offers a clear growth path: from Associate Analyst to Senior Analyst, then to Lead Analyst and Manager, with opportunities to specialise in data science, product analytics or project management.
