Document all testing in a reproducible format for auditors and third‑party reviewers. 4. Build knowledge of Barclays ERMF, policies, and the Financial Crime Key Risk Framework. 5. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption across teams. 6. Resolve complex KYC cases using strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills. 7.
