Degree: B.Com, BBA or BA (any specialization). Batch: Must be a 2025 graduate (freshers only). Minimum aggregate: 60% (or equivalent). No active backlogs. Must possess excellent spoken and written English, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email). Must provide original government photo ID and updated CV at the walkβin. B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, LLB and other nonβeligible streams are not considered.

The Mega WalkβIn Drive is targeted at fresh graduates from the 2025 batch who have completed B.Com, BBA or BA programmes. The role is a NonβTech, NonβVoice Support position in the Customer Success, Service & Operations department, primarily handling USβshift email and chat queries for HCLβs global clientele. Candidates will work on the US night shift (typically 9β―PMβ―ββ―6β―AM IST), providing timely resolutions, maintaining service level agreements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer emails and chat messages in English with professionalism and accuracy.
2. Log, track, and resolve service tickets using HCLβs internal ticketing tools.
3. Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks as required by the client.
4. Generate daily and weekly reports on ticket status and resolution metrics.
5. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams to escalate complex issues.
6. Maintain upβtoβdate knowledge of client products, policies, and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
8. Participate in regular training sessions and skillβup programs.
9. Provide feedback for process improvements and documentation.
10. Meet or exceed defined key performance indicators (KPIs) such as firstβresponse time and customer satisfaction scores.
Tech Stack & Tools: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, HCL Service Desk, CRM platforms, basic accounting software, and internet browsers. While the role is nonβtechnical, familiarity with these tools is essential.
Growth Path: Freshers start as Customer Support Executives and can progress to Senior Executive, Team Lead, Operations Manager, and eventually to specialized roles in Service Delivery or Business Analysis.
