Graduates with Bachelors in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or Masters in Data Science. Minimum 60% aggregate (or CGPA 6.0/10). Final year students of 2024β2027 batches are eligible. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Candidates should have strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel/VBA.

The role of Analyst β Process Analytics β Sales & Marketing (S&M) sits at the heart of Genpactβs Commercial Operations. As a fresher analyst, you will work closely with senior data scientists, sales strategists, and technology teams to turn raw sales and market data into actionable insights. You will help optimize endβtoβend sales processes, support the rollout of sales enablement tools, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting activities that drive commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze sales, market, and customer data to uncover trends and provide dataβdriven recommendations.
2. Monitor and continuously improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing automation solutions.
3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on targets, campaigns, and performance metrics.
4. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Powerβ―BI, or Tableau.
5. Build VBA macros and Excel models to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
6. Support the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, sales analytics platforms).
7. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for commercial planning.
8. Conduct rootβcause analysis for performance gaps and suggest corrective actions.
9. Participate in crossβfunctional workshops employing design thinking and agile methodologies.
10. Document process changes and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
Tech Stack & Tools: Microsoft Excel (advanced), VBA/Macros, Powerβ―BI/Tableau, SQL basics, Python (for data manipulation), Agile tools such as JIRA, collaboration platforms like Teams/Slack, and CRM systems.
Growth Path: Starting as an Analyst, high performers can progress to Senior Analyst, then to Manager β Commercial Analytics, followed by Associate Director β Process Analytics, and eventually leadership roles within Genpactβs AI and Digital Services practice.
