2. Investigate images and videos, recommending corrective actions in line with SOPs.

8. Meet business metrics such as SLA, productivity, quality, and utilization benchmarks.
9. Leverage performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.
10. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams and adapt to multiple programs based on business needs.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: The role primarily uses Amazonβs proprietary quality management platforms, SQL for data extraction, Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting, and basic scripting (Python/PowerShell) for automation of repetitive tasks. Familiarity with GIS tools and basic data visualization (Tableau/QuickSight) is advantageous.
**Growth Path**: Starting as a Quality Associate, high performers can progress to Senior Quality Analyst, Quality Lead, Operations Manager, or specialized roles in analytics and product management within the logistics domain. Amazonβs internal mobility program encourages lateral moves across teams, enabling exposure to diverse business functions.
