The Customer Success team in Hyderabad is looking for fresh engineering or BBA graduates to join as Business Analysts. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, allowing you to work directly with enterprise customers, translate their needs into functional specifications, and see those solutions deployed on the GRAVTY® platform. You will gain exposure to global clients, collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and analytics teams, and develop a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive end‑to‑end implementation of GRAVTY® solutions for global enterprise customers.
2. Conduct discovery workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions to capture business processes, objectives, and pain points.
3. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
4. Configure the platform, support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage go‑live activities.
5. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
6. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, stakeholder management, and regular status updates.
7. Deliver customer training sessions and prepare functional documentation, user guides, and implementation artifacts.
8. Support post‑implementation activities, including issue resolution, solution optimisation, and driving customer adoption.
9. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and contribute to continuous process and product improvements.
10. Participate in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions to improve best‑practice methodologies.
Tech Stack & Tools: The role does not require deep coding but familiarity with SaaS platforms, SQL for basic data queries, Jira/Confluence for project tracking, and PowerPoint/Excel for documentation is beneficial.
Growth Path: Successful analysts can progress to Senior Business Analyst, Product Consultant, or Project Manager roles within 2‑3 years, with opportunities to move into product management or solution architecture as they deepen domain expertise.
Why Join LJI? You will work on cutting‑edge loyalty technology used by Fortune‑500 brands, receive mentorship from seasoned product and consulting professionals, and accelerate your career in a high‑impact, customer‑centric environment. The internship can convert to a full‑time position, offering a clear pathway to long‑term growth.
