The role of a BTA Quality Engineer in the Analytics Horizontal team is an entry‑level position designed to groom fresh graduates into competent quality professionals. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that analytics deliverables – ranging from reports and dashboards to data pipelines, APIs and AI‑enabled applications – meet the highest standards of reliability, accuracy, security and performance. You will work closely with developers, analysts, product owners and business stakeholders, translating functional requirements into test scenarios, executing manual and exploratory tests, validating data integrity, and documenting defects. Key responsibilities include: 1. Collaborate with quality leads, developers and analysts to understand user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules. 2.
