Eligibility Criteria
Any Bachelorβs degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields). Minimum 0β2 years of relevant experience. Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in MSβOffice. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure and ITIL concepts is preferred. No backlogs at the time of joining. Candidates from the 2023β2025 graduating batches are eligible.

The role of Associate Services Specialist I in the Global Tax & Legal Support team is a frontβline technical support position for Deloitteβs suite of digital tax applications, including the flagship Global Intela platform. The specialist acts as the first point of contact for internal and external users, handling incidents, service requests and change requests across multiple channels β phone, chat and email. The position operates in a 24x7 rotating shift model, ensuring uninterrupted service for Deloitteβs global client base.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing endβtoβend ticket lifecycle in accordance with ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
2. Providing voice and nonβvoice support while adhering to SLA metrics such as ASA, AHT, CβSAT and FCR.
3. Triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues on Microsoftβbased applications (ASP.NET, C#, Active Directory, DPASS) and MS Office suite.
4. Provisioning and deβprovisioning user accounts for external client users.
5. Maintaining multiple support mailboxes, logging detailed incident notes and escalating critical issues.
6. Communicating professionally with senior client stakeholders including Partners, Directors and Senior Managers.
7. Recording new defects and collaborating with development teams for resolution.
8. Contributing to knowledgeβbase articles and continuous improvement initiatives.
