B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or related streams. Minimum aggregate 60% (or CGPA 6.0/10). **Key Responsibilities**
1. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Design, code, test and debug software components using industryβstandard languages and frameworks.
3. Apply best practices in software engineering, including version control, unit testing and continuous integration.
4. Participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.
5. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams β QA, UI/UX, product managers β to deliver endβtoβend solutions.
6. Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability and security.
7. Document technical solutions and maintain knowledgeβbase articles for future reference.
8. Mentor junior peers and assist in onboarding new team members.
9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative improvements.
10. Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standβups and retrospectives.
