The Associate Data Management role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in a highβimpact consulting environment. As an Associate, you will be embedded within audit and advisory teams, supporting client onboarding, data handling, and financial administration tasks. The position blends analytical work with clientβfacing responsibilities, giving you exposure to Deloitteβs endβtoβend audit methodology, known as βThe Deloitte Wayβ. You will receive structured training, continuous coaching, and opportunities to work on realβworld projects that shape the firmβs service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with client onboarding procedures and maintain client files in compliance with Deloitte policies.
2. Organise billing activities, conduct budget reviews and analyse project financials.
3. Provide administrative support to audit teams, including project coordination and practiceβmanagement tasks.
4. Prepare engagementβrelated documentation using standard Deloitte templates.
5. Apply Deloitteβs audit methodologies and contribute to the overall audit process.
6. Participate in structured learning programs and technical upβskilling sessions.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and highβquality documentation.
8. Uphold Deloitteβs professional standards, ethics and compliance requirements.
9. Contribute ideas for process improvement and business development initiatives.
10. Support quality assurance activities and internal reviews.
Tech Stack & Tools: Advanced Excel, SQL basics, data visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau), Deloitteβs proprietary audit software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.
Growth Path: Starting as an Associate, high performers can progress to Analyst, Senior Analyst, and eventually to Manager or Consultant roles within the audit and advisory streams.
