The analyst will work closely with multinational telecom and digital services clients to assess their routing ecosystems, design scalable architectures, and guide implementation that enhances reliability, revenue flow and customer experience. This role blends deep technical expertise with consulting acumen, requiring the ability to translate business requirements into practical, secure and high‑performance routing solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct detailed consulting assessments of client routing landscapes across ICM Router Servers, React Router and Cloud Router to pinpoint performance gaps and risk areas. 2. Design robust, scalable routing architectures that integrate on‑premise ICM routers with cloud‑based routing platforms and modern web application routing. 3. Provide expert configuration and tuning guidance to improve latency, throughput and fault tolerance while adhering to enterprise standards. 4. Collaborate with cross‑functional client teams to create clear implementation roadmaps, milestones and risk mitigation plans. 5. Develop comprehensive solution documentation, including routing flows, error‑handling paths and integration touchpoints for both technical and business audiences. 6. Analyze incident trends and propose corrective and preventive actions to strengthen platform resilience. 7. Lead migration initiatives from legacy routing components to modern Cloud Router and React Router designs, ensuring minimal downtime. 8. Coordinate with security and compliance teams to meet data‑protection, logging and regulatory requirements. 9. Support capacity planning by modeling traffic patterns and forecasting growth scenarios. 10. Mentor junior consultants in analysis techniques, documentation practices and routing fundamentals.
