The position starts with a focused set of responsibilities but offers a clear growth path into broader operational, analytical, and supervisory functions as the clientβs business scales.

2. Perform highβvolume data entry into Business Central, maintaining a 99.5% accuracy rate.
3. Crossβreference information across multiple screens and legacy systems to guarantee data consistency between physical warehouse logs and digital records.
4. Validate and process orders, ensuring that all supporting paperwork aligns with warehouse activity.
5. Communicate daily with team members via Microsoft Teams to confirm order details, flag discrepancies, and obtain clarifications.
6. Generate daily reconciliation reports that highlight mismatches and corrective actions taken.
7. Participate in a structured crossβtraining period with an experienced team member to learn internal workflows, SOPs, and system nuances.
8. Support additional administrative tasks such as filing, document digitisation, and basic inventory audits as the role expands.
9. Provide feedback on process improvements and suggest automation opportunities to senior operations managers.
10. Maintain confidentiality of client data and adhere to security protocols at all times.
**Tech Stack**: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel/Word, basic knowledge of SQL queries (optional), and internetβbased fileβsharing tools.
**Growth Path**: After mastering order processing, highβperforming specialists can move into Senior Data Analyst, Operations Coordinator, or Team Lead roles, eventually overseeing a distributed team of remote contractors. BruntWork also offers upskilling programs, certifications, and mentorship to help you transition into higherβvalue positions.
**Why Join**: This role offers a permanent workβfromβhome arrangement, immediate hiring, healthβinsurance coverage for eligible locations, and the chance to work with a reputable global client without the need for relocation. You will gain handsβon experience with an industryβstandard ERP, improve your analytical abilities, and become part of a supportive contractor community that values accuracy, reliability, and continuous learning.
