The Information Technology team at Medpace is expanding rapidly to support the organizationβs growing portfolio of clinical studies. As an Entry Level Software Engineer based in Navi Mumbai, you will join a newly formed development squad focused on modernising legacy administrative systems and building new cloudβnative applications. This role offers a unique blend of handsβon coding, exposure to the full software development lifecycle, and the chance to influence the technology roadmap of a fastβgrowing CRO.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Gather, analyse and document detailed user requirements from business stakeholders.
2. Design, develop, test and maintain webβbased applications using C# and ASP.NET.
3. Implement frontβend features with Angular and integrate with RESTful Webservices or GraphQL APIs.
4. Write and optimise SQL queries and work with Entity Framework for data access.
5. Participate in software validation activities, including creation and execution of test cases and scripts.
6. Collaborate with QA, DevOps and product owners to ensure smooth releases via Azure DevOps pipelines.
7. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
8. Assist in migrating onβpremise applications to Azure cloud platforms.
9. Document technical designs, deployment procedures and support documentation.
10. Identify opportunities to lead smallβscale projects or modules, gaining early leadership experience.
**Tech Stack**: C# (objectβoriented), ASP.NET, Angular, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, Git, Webservices, GraphQL, SDLC best practices.
