The FrontβEnd Engineer Intern β 2027 role is designed for students who are passionate about building engaging, scalable web interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate user requirements into highβquality, reusable UI components. The internship will expose you to Amazonβs modern frontβend stack, including React, Angular, Thymeleaf, and jQuery, and will involve writing clean, testable code, performing automated browser testing, and ensuring accessibility and performance across devices.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Building reusable UI components in React or Angular.
3. Collaborating with designers to implement pixelβperfect layouts.
4. Writing unit and integration tests for frontβend code.
5. Optimizing application performance and load times.
6. Participating in code reviews and maintaining coding standards.
