Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics or related field; minimum 60% aggregate (or CGPA 6.0/10); graduating batch 2022โ2025; no active backlogs at the time of joining; internships or project work in data analysis is a plus.

The Associate Data Analyst โ Global Procurement & Planning COE will be part of the Customer Operations team, supporting dataโdriven decisionโmaking across order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics and customer care. This earlyโcareer role offers a fastโtrack learning curve, exposing the analyst to SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Power BI/Tableau dashboards and crossโfunctional collaboration with planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams. The analyst will turn raw operational data into actionable insights that directly influence service levels, inventory health and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, validate and analyse data from SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
2. Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
3. Monitor key performance indicators across supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory and customer service.
4. Identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities, presenting findings to global stakeholders.
5. Document and map orderโfulfillment and supplyโchain processes in line with Revvity standards.
6. Support rootโcause analysis and recommend corrective actions for process bottlenecks.
7. Ensure data accuracy across reporting databases and assist in SAP data extraction.
8. Participate in digital transformation projects, contributing analytical expertise.
9. Collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, customer service and manufacturing teams.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, analytics tools and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
Tech Stack: SAP ECC / S/4HANA, Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Power BI, Tableau, SQL (basic), Microsoft Office Suite.
Growth Path: Starting as an Associate Analyst, high performers can progress to Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Lead, or Functional Analyst roles within the Global Procurement & Planning COE, eventually moving into managerial positions overseeing analytics strategy for the entire supplyโchain ecosystem.
