The Business Analyst β Enterprise Programs role is a fullβtime, hybrid position based in Mumbai. As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable solutions. You will be involved in endβtoβend project lifecycles, from gathering and documenting requirements to designing process improvements, testing, and deployment. Your analytical skills will help identify inefficiencies, propose dataβdriven solutions, and measure the impact of implemented changes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
2. Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
3. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams (IT, operations, finance) to design and implement process improvements.
4. Conduct data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions.
5. Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
7. Maintain process documentation, change logs, and performance metrics.
8. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions for end users.
9. Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and data security policies.
10. Provide postβimplementation support and monitor solution adoption.
Tech Stack & Tools: The role typically involves working with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Visio, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with process modeling tools (ARIS, Bizagi) and basic SQL for data extraction is a plus.
Growth Path: Starting as a Business Analyst, you can progress to Senior Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, or Program Manager. With experience, you may transition into specialized domains such as AI & Automation, Risk Management, or Digital Transformation.
