The Associate Software Engineer role is situated within the Legal and Compliance Technology (LCT) team in Hyderabad. This team is responsible for delivering and supporting critical applications that enable legal and compliance professionals to operate efficiently, manage risk, and meet regulatory obligations. As an associate engineer, you will be at the intersection of technology and business, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure smooth dayβtoβday operations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Administering and supporting legal and compliance applications.
2. Configuring, testing, and maintaining enterprise platforms.
3. Managing data, integrations, and batch processing activities.
4. Supporting access management and user administration.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
6. Assisting with release management activities.
7. Supporting regulatory and compliance technology platforms.
8. Analyzing legal and compliance business processes.
9. Documenting business and functional requirements.
10. Translating requirements into application enhancements.
Tech stack and tools youβll encounter: APIs, SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and various enterprise, financial, or ERP platforms. You will also work with application support and system administration concepts, and leverage AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, and Copilot.
