Eligibility Criteria

The Graduate Trainee role is positioned within the Managed Services Client Service Desk, a critical hub that ensures seamless incident handling and service request fulfillment for NTT DATAβs enterprise clients. As an entryβlevel administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for logging, categorising, and escalating client tickets, while maintaining accurate documentation that supports rapid resolution. The role offers exposure to IT service management (ITSM) processes, ticketing tools, and a 24x7 operational environment, providing a solid foundation for a future career in service delivery or client success.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Provide dayβtoβday administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
2. Receive, validate, and log client service requests and incidents with complete detail.
3. Ensure correct escalation procedures are followed for critical tickets, adhering to predefined SLAs.
4. Categorise and prioritise requests based on impact and urgency, assisting senior analysts in triage.
5. Maintain and update all ticketβrelated documentation, including client information and resolution notes.
6. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to gather required data for ticket closure.
7. Monitor ticket queues to ensure timely updates and followβups.
8. Assist in preparing periodic reports on ticket volumes, trends, and service desk performance.
9. Participate in shift handβovers and ensure continuity of service across the 24x7 roster.
10. Contribute ideas for process improvements and automation of routine tasks.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy), Microsoft Office Suite, basic networking concepts, and ticketing dashboards.
