Analyse patterns of fraudulent behavior and suggest process improvements to reduce monetary losses. 6. Maintain detailed logs of investigations, actions taken and outcomes in the CRM system. 7. Stay updated on Visa/Mastercard chargeback guidelines, reason codes and arbitration penalties. 8. Contribute to the development of risk‑mitigation frameworks and automation scripts where applicable. 9. Participate in cross‑functional meetings with product, engineering and compliance to align risk strategies. 10. Uphold Razorpay’s high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
