B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering disciplines. Graduation year 2024, 2025 or 2026. Minimum aggregate 60% (or CGPA 6.0/10). No active backlogs at the time of joining. Must be eligible for the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).

The Graduate Apparentice Trainee program is part of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) and offers fresh engineering graduates a handsβon experience in realβworld projects. As an apprentice, you will work within the Trucks Technology & Industrial Division, collaborating with seasoned engineers on hardwareβsoftware integration, embedded system development, and automotive software solutions. The role is designed to bridge academic knowledge with industry practice, giving you exposure to cuttingβedge tools and methodologies used in modern vehicle development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the design, development, and testing of embedded software modules for truck systems.
2. Write and debug code in C and modelβbased development environments (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
3. Participate in hardwareβsoftware integration activities, including bench testing and validation.
4. Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving interface issues.
5. Contribute to documentation of design specifications, test plans, and results.
6. Perform basic performance analysis and optimization of software components.
7. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams to ensure compliance with automotive standards.
8. Attend technical workshops and training sessions organized under the NATS framework.
9. Provide regular status updates and present findings to the project lead.
10. Stay updated with emerging automotive technologies and propose innovative ideas.
Tech Stack: C programming, ModelβBased Development (MATLAB/Simulink), Embedded Linux, CAN bus communication, basic knowledge of AUTOSAR, version control (Git).
