The role of Developer‑Enterprise Apps is positioned within Birlasoft’s Transportation Management practice. As an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno‑Functional Consultant, you will work closely with global customers to understand their logistics challenges, configure OTM modules, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that streamline supply‑chain operations. The position offers a unique blend of functional business analysis and technical implementation, giving fresh graduates exposure to enterprise‑grade cloud platforms, AI‑enabled tools and real‑world project delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learn and master OTM functionality, business processes and industry best practices. 2. Participate in requirement gathering sessions, translate business needs into functional specifications. 3. Configure OTM modules, perform unit testing and support UAT activities. 4. Assist in data migration, integration testing and validation of APIs (XML/JSON). 5. Resolve production incidents, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. 6. Prepare technical documentation, user guides and training material for end users. 7. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – business analysts, developers, QA and project managers – to ensure seamless delivery. 8.
