The Central Operations Support Executive (COSE) role is part of the External Fulfillment team that remotely monitors and supports sellers across India. As a COSE, you will act as the bridge between field executives, sellers, and internal Amazon stakeholders, ensuring smooth dayβtoβday operations, adherence to SOPs, and continuous improvement of the seller experience. This position is fully virtual, allowing you to work from anywhere in Tamil Nadu while collaborating with crossβfunctional teams through voice and nonβvoice channels.

1. Monitor the performance of assigned seller sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
2. Identify and flag any operational disruptions or pattern anomalies using data analytics.
3. Liaise between sellers, field teams, and internal Amazon departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
4. Conduct virtual training sessions for sellers on Amazon policies, best practices, and new process rollβouts.
5. Develop, document, and continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seller support.

7. Participate in audit activities to verify compliance with Amazonβs operational standards.
8. Support the rollout of new tools or features by gathering feedback and driving adoption among sellers.
9. Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalations in internal tracking systems.
10. Contribute to central controlβcentre initiatives aimed at scaling support operations.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Advanced Excel, SQL (preferred), Amazon internal dashboards, CRM tools, communication platforms (Zoom, Teams), and basic dataβvisualisation tools.
**Growth Path**: Successful COSEs can progress to Senior Operations Analyst, Operations Manager, or specialized roles in Seller Services, Program Management, or Data Analytics within Amazonβs Fulfillment network.
**Why Join Amazon?** You will work in a highβvelocity environment that values dataβdriven decisions and empowers you to own endβtoβend processes. The role offers exposure to largeβscale eβcommerce operations, opportunities to interact with diverse stakeholders, and a clear career ladder backed by Amazonβs worldβclass learning resources.
