The Associate Provisioning Analyst role is a key entry‑level position located in Pune’s major tech hub. As part of the Provisioning Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of customer accounts, product activations, feature enablements, and contract updates. This role requires a detail‑oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, Product, and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities include: 1. Processing provisioning requests for new customers, renewals, trials, POCs, and deactivations. 2. Validating requests against Salesforce records, entitlements, approvals, and contract details. 3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve missing information or blockers. 4. Following SOPs and approval workflows to mitigate risk and maintain consistency. 5. Supporting audit activities, SLA tracking, reporting, and case volume analysis. 6. Documenting processes and maintaining audit trails for operational visibility. 7. Identifying repetitive tasks and recommending automation or AI‑assisted solutions. 8. Leveraging AI tools responsibly for documentation, analysis, and workflow efficiency. 9. Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of product features and policy changes. 10. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the provisioning lifecycle. Tech stack and tools you’ll work with include Salesforce, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, admin portals, workflow automation tools, and generative AI solutions such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Growth path: Starting as an Associate Provisioning Analyst, you can progress to Senior Analyst, Lead Analyst, and eventually Manager or Director roles within the Operations or Product teams.
