The Software Engineer I β Salesforce Support role is an entryβlevel position designed for fresh graduates or earlyβcareer professionals with 0β2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, quality assurance, or related technology roles. As a TierΒ 1 Support Specialist for Salesforce Platform Operations, you will be the first line of defense for dayβtoβday Salesforce support, handling tickets, monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting user issues, and maintaining data integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing and resolving daily Salesforce support tickets.
2. Monitoring platform performance and logging incidents.
3. Performing basic Salesforce troubleshooting and diagnostics.
4. Escalating complex issues to senior engineers.
5. Importing, updating, exporting, and upserting data using Data Loader, Workbench, and Import Wizard.
6. Conducting data integrity checks and cleanup.
7. Supporting user permissions and basic configuration changes.
8. Assisting QA teams with smoke and regression testing.
9. Participating in story refinement and requirementβgathering sessions.
10. Documenting resolution workflows and process improvements.
