The Associate Salesforce Developer role is a fullβtime position based in Bengaluru, designed for fresh graduates or earlyβcareer professionals who are passionate about building scalable cloud solutions. As an Associate, you will work closely with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and senior developers to design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce components. Your responsibilities will include creating simple flows, writing Apex code, building Lightning Web Components, and participating in testing, debugging, and deployments. You will also support data migration, integration with external systems via APIs, and documentation of technical specifications.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and develop Salesforce solutions in alignment with business requirements.
2. Build and maintain flows, Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components.
3. Collaborate with admins and analysts to gather lowβlevel technical requirements.
4. Perform unit testing, debugging, and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
5. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for security and performance.
6. Assist in data migration and integration tasks using APIs and ETL tools.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
8. Support deployment processes across sandbox, UAT, and production.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
10. Continuously learn new Salesforce features and share knowledge with the team.
Tech stack: Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, Data Loader, Change Sets, Git.
Growth path: Starting as an Associate, you can progress to Salesforce Developer, Senior Developer, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead, with opportunities to specialize in integration, automation, or data management.
