Role Summary
The Software Developer in the LDP will work on the entire product lifecycle: from gathering business requirements and designing scalable architectures to coding, testing, integrating and deploying solutions. The role is heavily focused on automation and process simplification, encouraging developers to identify repetitive workflows and replace them with intelligent software. Working in Agile squads, you will collaborate with product managers, QA engineers and senior architects to deliver highโquality, secure, and performant code.
Key Responsibilities
1. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
2. Apply software engineering principles and design patterns to build scalable, maintainable systems.
3. Write clean, efficient code in the chosen technology stack.
4. Integrate components and perform unit, integration and performance testing.
5. Automate repetitive business workflows to improve efficiency.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and business challenges.
7. Communicate solutions clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
8. Suggest new technologies, tools and features to enhance product quality.
9. Keep abreast of emerging trends in distributed systems and fintech.
10. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Tech Stack
While the exact stack may vary by product, typical technologies include Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
