You will be responsible for creating and validating invoices, performing financial checks, coordinating with delivery and sales teams, and supporting riskβrelated activities. **Key Responsibilities**
1. Generate accurate client invoices based on engagement data and contractual terms.
2. Perform financial validation checks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
3. Coordinate with delivery, sales and legal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
4. Maintain and update billing records in financial applications and ERP systems.
5. Assist in monthβend and quarterβend closing activities related to revenue recognition.
6. Conduct basic analysis of workβinβprogress (WIP) and provide reports to senior finance leads.
7. Support risk and compliance reviews by preparing necessary documentation.
8. Respond to client queries regarding invoices and payment status.
9. Continuously improve billing processes through automation and bestβpractice adoption.
10. Participate in training sessions on Deloitteβs financial tools and policies.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP/Oracle Financials (or similar ERP), Deloitteβs internal billing portal, basic data visualization tools.
