
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, etc.) with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or CGPA 6.0/10). No active backlogs at the time of joining. Freshers are welcome; any prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus. Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and possess valid ID proof for background verification.

The Representative – Operations role is an entry‑level customer service position that acts as the first point of contact for clients’ customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats and web‑based interactions, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting routine issues and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. The job demands a courteous, empathetic tone, strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work in a high‑volume, shift‑based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or web portal, adhering to defined scripts and service standards.
2. Diagnose and resolve routine technical problems related to the client’s products or services.
3. Document all interactions accurately in the call‑tracking database and update ticket status.
4. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff while ensuring the customer is kept informed.
5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs such as average handling time, first‑call resolution and customer satisfaction scores.
6. Promote additional products or services where appropriate, contributing to upsell targets.
7. Participate in regular training sessions and quality‑assurance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
8. Provide clear post‑call education to customers, confirming their understanding of the solution.
9. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client offerings, policies and procedural changes.
10. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve overall performance.
Tech Stack & Tools: CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), ticketing systems, Microsoft Office Suite, basic troubleshooting utilities, and internal knowledge bases.
