As a voiceβbased support agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers across India, handling inbound queries in English and one of the domestic languages (Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, or Assamese). The technical stack for this role primarily involves customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk, callβcenter software like Genesys or Avaya, and basic office productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace). While deep technical expertise is not mandatory, familiarity with these tools accelerates onboarding.
