
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates of 2024 with B.Tech, B.Sc or BCA degrees (any branch). MBA graduates are preferred. Minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA). No active backlogs at the time of joining. Candidates must have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in HR and talent acquisition.

**Role Summary**
As a Graduate Trainee β Talent Acquisition, you will be immersed in the full recruitment lifecycle. Working sideβbyβside with senior recruiters and hiring managers, you will gain practical exposure to sourcing strategies, resume screening, interview coordination, ATS management and onboarding support. The role is designed to build a solid foundation in HR operations and talent acquisition, preparing you for future senior HR positions.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Create and publish job advertisements on internal and external hiring platforms.
2. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
3. Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit and communication skills.
4. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Update and manage data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Assist in organizing recruitment drives, campus visits and job fairs.
7. Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation.
8. Provide administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team.
9. Generate weekly recruitment metrics and reports.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for hiring processes.
**Tech Stack / Tools**: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam), LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack/Teams for communication, basic Excel for data analysis.
**Growth Path**: Successful trainees can progress to Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist and eventually HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Manager, with opportunities to specialize in campus hiring, corporate recruitment or employer branding.
