As a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) you will step into an entry‑level, client‑facing role that revolves around keeping the networking backbone of NTT DATA’s customers running smoothly. Your day will involve monitoring client environments, diagnosing first‑line incidents, executing routine maintenance, and supporting ticket resolution through ITSM tools. You will also contribute ideas for automation and process improvement, and occasionally assist in project delivery and disaster‑recovery drills. **Key Responsibilities**
1. Monitor client networks and infrastructure using NOC dashboards and alerting tools.

3. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, configuration changes, and firmware upgrades.
4. Log all activities in the ITSM system, ensuring accurate ticket handling and timely handovers.
5. Identify recurring issues and propose automation or process‑optimisation solutions.
6. Support project‑related activities, including configuration roll‑outs and documentation.
7. Participate in disaster‑recovery testing and assist in post‑mortem analysis.
8. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of networking technologies and share insights with the team.

10. Collaborate with senior engineers for escalated tickets and knowledge transfer.
