The Logistics Coordinator / Junior Supply Chain Assistant role is an entry‑level position designed for fresh graduates who are eager to launch a career in logistics and supply chain management. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the associate will get hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end shipment handling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role is fully remote, allowing candidates from any part of India to work from home while collaborating with transport partners, warehouses and internal production teams. Key responsibilities include: 1. Coordinating with transporters, warehouses and production units to schedule pickups and deliveries. 2. Tracking shipments in real time and updating status sheets in Microsoft Excel. 3. Following up with logistics partners on delayed or pending consignments. 4. Maintaining shipping records, invoices, e‑way bills, delivery challans and other essential documents. 5. Monitoring movement of goods, flagging discrepancies and escalating issues to the reporting manager. 6. Preparing daily and weekly logistics performance reports. 7. Assisting with import/export documentation when required. 8. Communicating shipment updates to internal stakeholders through professional emails and calls. 9. The technical stack revolves around advanced Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with basic ERP or TMS tools is a plus but not mandatory.
