Graduated in 2024 or 2025 with a B.Com, BBA or MBA degree; minimum 60% aggregate; no backlogs at the time of application; Indian citizenship or eligible to work in India; strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel; willingness to work hybrid schedule (Bangalore office and remote).

As an Apprentice in the Supply Chain Analytics and Business Operations team, you will get a frontβrow seat to the endβtoβend supply chain processes that keep Itronβs products moving from suppliers to customers. This role is designed for fresh graduates from commerce or management streams who are eager to build a career in supply chain, procurement, and business analytics. You will work closely with senior analysts, procurement managers, and finance partners, gaining handsβon experience in data extraction, reporting, and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting daily supply chain reporting and performance tracking.
2. Extracting and validating data from supplier invoices (PDF/scan) for accuracy.
3. Verifying invoice details such as supplier name, dates, amounts, taxes, PO references and payment terms.
4. Assisting in purchaseβorder, inventory and supplier data analysis.
5. Maintaining and updating datasets, spreadsheets and reporting templates.
6. Creating dashboards, presentations and business reports for stakeholders.
7. Identifying dataβquality issues and collaborating with teams to resolve them.
8. Documenting business processes, reporting requirements and SOPs.
9. Contributing to continuousβimprovement and automation initiatives.
10. Performing adβhoc reporting and business analysis tasks as required.
The tech stack for this role primarily includes Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL for data querying, and PDF dataβextraction tools. Familiarity with basic scripting (Python) for automation is a plus. Over time, apprentices can progress to Analyst, Senior Analyst, and eventually Supply Chain Manager roles, with opportunities to specialize in procurement analytics, demand forecasting, or digital transformation projects.
