The Trainee Software Engineer program is a structured 9βmonth journey designed exclusively for the 2027 graduating batch. It begins with a threeβmonth internship that provides a partβtime exposure of 21 hours per week, followed by a sixβmonth fullβtime traineeship. Throughout the program, participants work remotely on live product modules, receive mentorship from senior engineers, and get handsβon experience with AI/ML features that power the platformβs smart matching and predictive analytics capabilities. Successful trainees are eligible for a fullβtime Associate Software Engineer role with a CTC of βΉ9β―LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and test new features for the Recruit CRM platform.
2. Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and scalability.
3. Participate in daily standβups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
4. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
5. Debug and resolve production issues reported by customers or monitoring tools.
6. Contribute to documentation of APIs, modules, and deployment processes.
7. Explore and prototype AI/ML models that enhance candidateβjob matching.
8. Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
9. Assist in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline improvements.
10. Stay updated with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Tech Stack: Java, Python, Spring Boot, Django, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
