The firmβs culture is built around agility, creativity, and a strong customerβfirst mindset, encouraging every employee to take ownership and contribute ideas that shape the product roadmap.
The Human Resources Executive role sits at the heart of TripUntoldβs people operations, acting as a bridge between the growing workforce and the leadership team. This position offers a unique blend of strategic involvement and handsβon execution, providing fresh graduates with a fastβtrack learning curve in a highβgrowth environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms and the company career page.
2. Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
3. Evaluating candidates on communication skills, confidence, cultural fit, and roleβspecific competencies.
4. Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and facilitating panel interviews.
5. Managing the offer process, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely onboarding.
6. Conducting orientation sessions and preparing newβhire documentation.
7. Maintaining accurate employee records, probation confirmations, and exit formalities.
8. Assisting in the rollout of HR policies related to leaves, incentives, and employee notices.
9. Acting as a confidential point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
