The Services Associate – Business Development and Account Enablement role sits within this Center of Excellence and is pivotal to ensuring that audit content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and easily consumable by global teams. The associate will work closely with senior content owners, technology engineers, and regional audit leaders to publish, validate, and improve knowledge assets. This is a blend of content‑management, technical publishing, stakeholder coordination, and training support, making it an ideal position for candidates who enjoy both analytical rigor and collaborative communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end‑to‑end content lifecycle for audit products, including creation, validation, publishing, and version control.
2. Perform XML‑based publishing tasks, ensuring well‑formed documents and adherence to Deloitte’s publishing standards.
3. Conduct quality checks for content consistency, completeness, and localization accuracy.
4. Coordinate with global and member‑firm stakeholders to gather requirements, track requests, and provide timely updates.
5. Maintain project trackers, update status reports, and assist in planning of content‑release cycles.
6. Develop and update training documentation, SOPs, and knowledge‑transfer materials for internal teams.
7. Facilitate virtual training sessions and knowledge‑transfer workshops across geographies.
8. Support testing of new content‑delivery solutions, documenting bugs and providing feedback to development teams.
9. Leverage Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and VBA scripting to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
10. Contribute ideas for process improvement, automation, and enhanced stakeholder experience.
Tech Stack & Tools: XML, HTML, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VBA (plus), content‑management platforms, basic testing tools, and collaboration tools such as Teams/Slack.
