Known for its culture of innovation, Oracle invests heavily in employee learning, providing access to cuttingβedge tools, certifications, and mentorship programs. The work environment encourages collaboration, diversity, and a balanced approach to professional and personal growth.
The Analyst role is positioned within Oracle's compliance and risk management team, focusing on Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for banking and financial clients. As an Analyst, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring that client data meets regulatory standards, thereby protecting both the client and Oracle from compliance breaches. Key responsibilities include:
1. Conduct periodic KYC reviews in line with client policies and regulatory guidelines.
2. Source data from multiple internal and external systems and accurately transfer it to the primary Oracle platform.
3. Verify the authenticity of documents, perform risk scoring, and flag any discrepancies.
4. Manage your own case pipeline, ensuring targets for productivity and quality are consistently met.
5. Incorporate feedback from quality approvers to continuously improve case handling.
6. Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation for each review.
7. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams to resolve data gaps and process bottlenecks.
8. Participate in regular training sessions on evolving KYC regulations and Oracle tools.
9. Generate periodic reports on review outcomes, trends, and compliance metrics.
10. Assist in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
The tech stack for this role typically includes Oracle Cloud applications, SQL for data extraction, advanced Excel, and basic scripting for data validation. Familiarity with KYC regulatory frameworks (e.g., RBI, FATF) and document verification tools is advantageous.
Career growth for an Analyst at Oracle is wellβdefined. High performers can progress to Senior Analyst, then to Team Lead, and eventually to Manager or Specialist roles within the compliance domain. Why join Oracle? You will be part of a worldβrenowned technology brand that values continuous learning, offers competitive compensation, and provides a supportive environment for fresh talent. The role offers handsβon experience with industryβcritical compliance processes, access to stateβofβtheβart tools, and a clear pathway for professional advancement.
