Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be part of a vibrant team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, test, and maintain software components under the guidance of senior engineers.
2. Participate in code reviews and adopt best coding standards.
3. Assist in designing solution architectures for client requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business Analysts) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
5. Write technical documentation and user manuals for developed modules.
6. Contribute to agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives.
7. Perform unit testing and support integration testing activities.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative ideas.
9. Resolve production issues and provide post‑deployment support.
10. Engage in continuous learning through internal training portals and certifications.
