Any Bachelorβs degree (Engineering, Science, Commerce or Arts) with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or CGPA equivalent). Candidates graduating in 2025 or 2026 are preferred. Up to 2 years of experience including internships in DevOps, Cloud, or IT is acceptable. No active backlogs at the time of application. Internships, academic projects or personal DevOps projects that demonstrate exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD, scripting or containerisation are considered valuable.

The Analyst β Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to start a career in DevOps and cloud reliability. As an SRE Analyst, you will join a collaborative team that bridges development and operations, ensuring that cloudβnative applications run smoothly, are highly available, and can scale on demand. You will get handsβon experience with Azure and AWS, container orchestration using Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and CloudWatch. The role offers a clear growth path from Analyst to Senior Engineer, Lead SRE and eventually to Architecture or Management positions, depending on performance and interest.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assist in building, maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
2. Deploy and manage containerised applications on Docker and Kubernetes clusters.
3. Monitor system health, set up alerts, and analyse logs using Azure Monitor and Amazon CloudWatch.
4. Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash or PowerShell to streamline repetitive tasks.
5. Participate in incident response, rootβcause analysis and postβmortem documentation.
6. Collaborate with development, QA and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth releases across Dev, Test and Production environments.
7. Contribute to the creation and upkeep of technical documentation and knowledgeβbase articles.
8. Support Agile ceremonies, including daily standβups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
9. Continuously learn and adopt new cloud services, SRE best practices and security guidelines.
10. Help drive reliability initiatives such as capacity planning, performance tuning and serviceβlevel indicator (SLI) definition.
