The Replenishment Team at Blinkit (a fastโgrowing grocery delivery startup) is looking for a Product Manager who can blend analytical rigor with product intuition to drive inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is hosted on Hackerrankโs assessment platform, meaning the selected candidate will work closely with both Blinkitโs product org and Hackerrankโs data science team to design, test, and ship dataโcentric features.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Define and prioritize product roadmap for inventory replenishment based on data insights and business impact.
2. Design and monitor core metrics (stockโout rate, fillโrate, turnover) and build dashboards for realโtime visibility.
3. Conduct cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and A/B test design to validate feature hypotheses.
4. Translate business problems into SQL queries and Pythonโpandas pipelines for rapid experimentation.
5. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver endโtoโend solutions.
6. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear visualizations and storytelling.
7. Own the endโtoโend product lifecycle from discovery to launch and postโlaunch iteration.
8. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the knowledge base of best practices.
9. Stay updated on industry trends in supplyโchain automation and apply relevant learnings.
10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
The tech stack revolves around Python (pandas, NumPy), SQL (DuckDB, PostgreSQL), and product analytics tools. Familiarity with RICE or other prioritisation frameworks, basic probability, and statistical reasoning is essential. Growth path includes progression to Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, and eventually Head of Product for the supplyโchain domain. Joining this role offers a unique blend of highโimpact product work, exposure to largeโscale data pipelines, and the chance to shape the future of onโdemand grocery logistics while being part of Hackerrankโs vibrant, remoteโfirst culture.
