Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms.

4. Accurately document all interactions and update CRM systems.
5. Provide product, service, and process information as per company guidelines.

8. Coordinate with internal departments (billing, technical, logistics) for swift issue resolution.

Tech Stack & Tools: MS Office Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and basic knowledge of VoIP tools. The role does not require programming skills but values comfort with digital communication tools.
