Trainees will earn a stipend of ₹18,000 per month and, upon successful completion, transition to a full‑time position with a CTC of ₹3.2 LPA. The position is office‑based, allowing candidates to work closely with cross‑functional teams and gain practical experience in a corporate setting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN domains. 2. Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices. 3. Assist in the deployment and optimization of network services such as DHCP, DNS, and VLANs. 4. Support network security initiatives, including firewall rule implementation and compliance checks. 5. Diagnose connectivity and performance issues using monitoring tools and log analysis. 6. Prepare and update network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational reports. 7. Collaborate with internal application, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless network operations. 8. Participate in on‑call rotation and incident response as required. 9. Continuously learn emerging networking technologies and contribute to knowledge‑sharing sessions. 10. Adhere to ITIL and change‑management processes for all network modifications. Tech Stack: Cisco IOS, Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISR routers, VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL), network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG), basic scripting (Python/Bash) for automation, and familiarity with network security concepts.
