The Health Operations New Associate role is an entryβlevel position focused on supporting the membership base of a lifeβsciences organization. As a new associate, you will be responsible for processing membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, maintaining accurate member records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate documentation for global regulatory submissions, including electronic filings such as CMC, Adβpromos, amendments, annual reports, and SPL submissions. The role blends operational excellence with regulatory compliance, providing a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing dayβtoβday membership processing tasks and ensuring timely updates to member databases.
2. Handling member inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to enhance retention.

4. Maintaining accurate records of electronic submissions and lifecycle management.
5. Collaborating with crossβfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
6. Assisting in the organization of membership events and communication of benefits.
7. Monitoring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
8. Reporting on key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
9. Participating in rotational shifts as required to support 24/7 operations.
10. Contributing to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Tech stack and tools you may encounter include cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data analytics tools, regulatory submission systems, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
