The Analyst role in Pune is a fullβtime entryβlevel position designed for recent graduates or those with up to six months of relevant experience. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions within established guidelines, preparing daily checklists, and submitting them to the next level. You will handle issue resolution, highlight problems to supervisors, and track trends in daily deliverables such as SLA/KRA. The role also involves creating formal reports, executing functionβspecific reports, and following incident/regulatory breach procedures with rigor.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing transactions accurately and on time.
2. Preparing and submitting daily checklists.
3. Resolving issues and escalating complex problems.
4. Tracking SLA/KRA trends and collaborating with supervisors.
5. Identifying and resolving problems within guidelines.
6. Working independently and as part of a team.
7. Running and creating formal reports.
8. Executing functionβspecific reports.
9. Following incident and regulatory breach reporting procedures.
10. Maintaining high standards of communication and documentation.
The role requires strong analytical and problemβsolving skills, proficiency in MSβExcel, and good oral and written communication. Basic functional or industry knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. The Analyst will gain exposure to operational processes, regulatory compliance, and data analytics, providing a solid foundation for a career in finance or operations.
