
Eligibility Criteria
Open to final‑year undergraduate students, MBA candidates, and postgraduate students (M.Tech, M.Sc, etc.) across any discipline. For the Supply Chain track, an MBA in Supply Chain or a master's degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum academic performance of 60% aggregate (or CGPA 6.0/10). No active backlogs at the time of application. Candidates must be based in India (preferably Delhi NCR for the BEACON track) and be available for the full 1‑month internship starting October 2026.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
2. Assist in data collection, cleaning, and visualisation using Excel, PowerBI or similar tools.
3. Participate in logistics planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management activities.
4. Support field sales teams in route planning, market intelligence gathering, and retailer engagement.
5. Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable solutions.
6. Prepare concise project reports and presentations for senior leadership review.
7. Engage in on‑site visits to distribution centres, warehouses, and retail outlets to understand operational dynamics.
8. Attend mentorship sessions, workshops, and networking events organized by Nestlé BEACON and other employee resource groups.
9. Follow corporate compliance, safety, and quality standards throughout the internship.
10. Provide feedback on the internship experience to help shape future programs.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Microsoft Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, SAP ERP (basic exposure), Google Workspace, basic statistical tools (R or Python for data analysis), and project‑management platforms like Trello or Asana.
