The role of Systems Engineer – EV is designed for 2025 engineering graduates who are eager to dive into the banking technology domain. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Finacle product team, contributing to delivery, testing, development and support activities. You will work closely with senior architects, product managers and client teams to customize and implement Finacle solutions for a diverse set of banking clients. The position follows a hybrid model, requiring three days a week on‑site at one of the four major development hubs – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad or Pune. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications. 2. Develop, configure, and customize Finacle modules using Java, SQL and related technologies. 3. Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing to ensure high‑quality deliverables. 4.
