• Minimum 4 years of relevant Workday experience (functional or technical) up to 20 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) in the qualifying degree.
• No active backlogs at the time of application.
• Open to candidates from any batch year, provided they meet the experience criteria.

Candidates will have the chance to work on complex, multi‑country Workday environments, engage with global transformation programs, and deepen expertise across functional and technical modules such as Payroll, Compensation, Time & Absence, Benefits, Integrations, Studio and Extend. **Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, configure and support Workday HCM modules (Payroll, Compensation, Time & Absence, Benefits) for large enterprise clients.
2. Develop, test and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors and Enterprise Interface Builder.
3. Build custom extensions on Workday Extend to meet unique client business requirements.
4. Participate in end‑to‑end implementation life‑cycle activities – from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and post‑go‑live support.
5. Conduct functional and technical testing, including unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing.
6. Provide application management services, monitoring, and continuous improvement for production workloads.
7. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including consultants, architects and client stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery.
8. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing forums within the practice.
9. Stay updated with the latest Workday releases, certifications and emerging modules such as Workday Prism Analytics and Sana.
10. Assist in creating reusable assets, accelerators and best‑practice templates to improve delivery efficiency.
