
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or related engineering disciplines with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or CGPA 6.5/10). Final year students of the 2025 batch eligible. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Candidates should have a valid GATE score (optional) and strong analytical skills. Internships or project work in manufacturing, process engineering, or biotech is a plus.

The role of Graduate Engineer Trainee β Manufacturing is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to apply their technical knowledge in a highβimpact, regulated environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the endβtoβend production of biologics, ensuring that processes meet stringent quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This position provides exposure to cuttingβedge bioprocess technologies, crossβfunctional collaboration with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain, and the opportunity to contribute to projects that directly affect patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the operation and monitoring of bioreactors, downstream purification units, and aseptic fillβfinish lines.
2. Perform routine equipment qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities.
3. Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
4. Support validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
5. Participate in rootβcause investigations for deviations and implement corrective actions.
6. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements at all times.
7. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams to optimize batch yields and reduce cycle times.
8. Prepare clear documentation, batch records, and technical reports for internal and external audits.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma projects.
10. Stay updated with emerging biomanufacturing technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Tech Stack: Bioprocess control systems (SCADA), PLC programming, data analytics tools (Python, R), statistical process control (SPC), SAP for manufacturing execution, and basic knowledge of chromatography and filtration equipment.
Growth Path: Successful trainees can progress to Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, and eventually to senior leadership roles such as Production Manager or Plant Operations Lead, with opportunities for global rotations.
