The role of a Java Developer β Campus Beginner is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to start their professional journey in software development. Selected candidates will first undergo an intensive training curriculum covering core Java concepts, objectβoriented design, data structures, algorithms, and best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. After the training phase, trainees will be placed on live projects where they will contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining enterpriseβgrade Java applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
2. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, coding, unit testing, integration, and deployment.
3. Write clean, efficient, and wellβdocumented code following industry standards.
4. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
5. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams such as QA, UI/UX, and DevOps to deliver endβtoβend solutions.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
7. Optimize application performance and ensure high reliability.
8. Stay updated with emerging Java frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.
9. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledgeβsharing sessions.
10. Participate in continuous learning initiatives and certification programs.
Tech Stack: Java 11+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker (basic exposure). The training will also introduce fundamentals of cloud platforms and Agile methodologies.
Growth Path: Graduates start as Associate Java Developers, progress to Senior Developer, Tech Lead, and eventually Architect or Project Manager based on performance and skill acquisition.
