The role of Associate β Reporting & Analytics sits within the Global Tax & Legal People & Purpose team. The associate will be the backbone of reporting operations for learning and talent initiatives, ensuring that data is accurate, visualizations are compelling, and insights are actionable. You will work closely with the Global Tax & Legal Assistant Manager and crossβfunctional stakeholders to collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, build and maintain dashboards, and translate complex metrics into clear PowerPoint decks for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Prepare, update and own recurring learning and talent reports, trackers, and dashboards.
2. Gather, clean, validate and reconcile data from disparate systems, flagging any quality issues.
3. Design visual summaries, charts and interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
4. Analyse data to surface trends, gaps, anomalies and provide actionable recommendations.
5. Produce PowerPointβready insight packs with concise commentary for stakeholder review.
6. Maintain version control, documentation, and data definitions for reporting consistency.
7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, clarify data points and follow up on missing information.
8. Support project trackers, action logs and status reports for global learning initiatives.
9. Assist digital learning teams with organizing course assets and updating learning material under guidance.
10. Contribute to newsletters, virtual meeting coordination and other communication activities linked to reporting.
Tech stack: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts), PowerPoint, Powerβ―BI/Tableau (basic), Microsoft Teams, basic exposure to digital learning tools (Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe CC).
Growth path: Starting as an Associate, high performers can progress to Senior Analyst, Manager, and eventually to senior leadership roles within the People & Purpose or broader Tax & Legal practice.
